You can download the Service Agreement by logging in to TCS nextstep website - ILP corner and clicking on ‘Download Service Agreement for Rs100 Stamp Paper/`Rs 50 Stamp Paper’ link on TCS NextStep>>ILP Corner>>First Day at TCS>> Joining Formalities.

Print the service agreement as given in the website without any changes ( Just copy paste it do not edit ). You can not delete or rearrange the clauses. In case of non-applicability, leave the clauses blank and do not delete them ( It is critical

Q. - Do stamp paper is needed for service agreement ?

A.- Yes, you must use a `Rs 100 stamp paper. The first page of the service agreement, provided to you with the joining letter, should be typed on the Rs`100 stamp paper. You can attach the remaining pages as it is to the stamp paper. In case of non availability of Rs`100 stamp paper, you can use two stamp papers of `Rs 50 or you can opt for e stamping/Franking - Impression of Stamps. You may get in touch with ilp.support@tcs.com or your HR for further details.
Remember that you can't just type it on a simple paper.
