H.R. Interview
What is HR interview ?
H.R. interview is second ( sometimes third ) phase of interview. And you could partially celebrate your success if you get in this round because as per my observation of their current policy if you are competing against more than 300 students they won't call you for an HR interview unless they are satisfied with your performance in technical round. ( YES you heard me !! they leave some students without an HR interview ). So don't take technical interview very lightly because they transfer technical interview details to HR person immediately that means if you performed well in technical round you already have a good impression on HR.
In this round you are interviewed by a Human Resource (H.R.) personnel which is normally on a managerial position in the company. Unlike Technical interview round success in this phase depends on your "soft skills" i.e. your behavior, looks, dressing sense, english fluency, presence of mind etc.
As you already know this round is for checking your soft skills so you must shift your focus from technical aspects of a question to its social and economical aspect and answer accordingly, that means not to bother too much about technical details of a question.
H.R. is responsible for checking that your social behavior is acceptable at their company or not because they don't want someone good at technical knowledge but with a bad behavior in their company.
Questions asked will be simple and social. In most of the cases there will be "no right or wrong answers". You can read several questions HERE, but some one could only tell you a possible way of thinking and not the exact answer. Because the answer at that moment depends on how the question is asked and what is the HR expecting you to say. yes this is indeed tricky and you must answer it according to you and not anybody else because HR may ask for an explanation of your answer.
