IF you successfully complete the ILP training program at TCS, then you will be transferred to your base location and assigned to a project depending upon your specific knowledge and skill set that you acquire during the ILP phase. Remember that the performance during the ILP is key factor in determining your project. 

Your days  as  are over. Congratulations, now you are a regular employee of the TATA family. From now on you will live in an entire new corporate world filled with competition, success, failure and most importantly with infinite possibilities.

Most of your doubts will be cleared during the ILP. But here are some questions which sometimes remains unanswered.


FAQs

Q. How many days leave will be provided by TCS to join the project after ILP ?


A. Around 4 days leave will be provided for joining the project after completion of ILP.


Q. What will be my salary after joining the project ?

A. It will be somewhere around 22k - 25k.


Q. How many Holidays are there in an year ?

A. At TCS you will get 8 public holidays and 2 optional holidays.


Q. How many days leave could I take during one year in TCS ?

A. During regular job TCS at you get a total of 33 days of leaves. This includes 7 days casual leaves, 16 days earned leaves and 10 days sick leaves.


Q. How many leaves can I take continuously ?

A. If it's not an emergency, you can take 5 day's maximum pre-notified leave.
Note that these leaves are allowed only for a quarter (3 months), that means during that quarter year you can't take any such leaves.

Q. Can leaves be carry forward to next year ?

A. Yes you can carry forward 26 leaves i.e. except 7 days casual leaves to the next year.



Q. Are leaves eligible for en cashment (converting into cash)?

A. yes except 7 days casual leave all your leaves will be carry forwared to next year and when the reaches the threshold value of 54 they will be en cashed automatically.



Q. What other type of leaves are available for an employee ?

A. After working 1 year you can avail 1 year's leave without payment. You will still be considered as an employee and you can join after 1 year.
Females are entitled for maternity leave, reduced working hours and work from home facility and some other leaves during pregnancy.


Q. Is there any personal loan benefit provided by the company ?

A. As per our knowledge an employee is eligible for 1 time loan of Rs 30,000 for an year.
